'AI' What is it and where did it come from?

We will not need too much text to explain this one .
'AI' that is open as you know it is here because these guys 👉👽 created a 'private AI' that began in 1950s and accelerated greatly in the 90s on this planet.
Now as we learned the Council rules state that no technology can NOT be given to just one nation! It has to be given to the whole planet!
{You will soon see how seriously this rule is taken!}
So how they 👉👽 got around this rule is they simply did NOT give it to ANY humans.
Instead ACCESS was given to so called 'Elites' 👻💩 and 👉🐸 species and to 'secret space programs', but only under 'individual contract' and ONLY access.
Now, as you may be aware, when a small 'elite' exclusively have access to technology that is far advanced {to everyone else} then that gives them a GREAT advantage across ALL aspects of 'life' on the planet!
So think 'Stocks', 'Trading', 'Science' and many other aspects!

So this 'Elite' {Deep State} in that aspect literally had the 🔑 keys to the planet by having exclusive access to this 'Private AI'.
HOWEVER
Our group {after the Planet shifted to Class 1} argued to the Council that EVERYONE should have access to this technology and we will now explain why:
Post 90s> 'Internet era' allowed a 'Digital Twin'

Basically after the 90s on this planet there was massive amounts of accumulated info and 'Meta data' on each human {including Genetic data }

Then eventually create a 'Digital Twin' of them which increasingly predicted their every move! {More and more accurately}
most humans follow rather set paths, {due to the consumer economy & society}
Now we {and others} argued to the Council of species that the result of this data was from the {Now Class 1} humans!

The so call 'digital twin' could NOT exist without all the human data input to this 'Private AI'.
FURTHERMORE the 'private AI' could largely not exist at ALL {in that 'advanced' form} without the mass of human data input to it!
YET
humans {by 2020 Class 1} were seeing NO benefit from their own data !
So Council agreed with this!

LLM and 'AI' have 'Language' {English} as their DNA!

A 'Neural Network' is basically 'mashed up' {English} and this then forms the DNA of this 'Neural Network'.
The {English words} get 'mashed' through a 'Transformer' to basically become the DNA of the 'AI' 'Brain'.
As we have explained, {and you will learn} in Doc {7} English is a 'made up' 'Weaponized' language, it is designed for controlling humans!

So the next VERY USEFUL aspect of an LLM is that the LLM can EASILY decode this 'Weaponized' language and 'Break the code' so to speak.
'AI' utilized to study a 'low evolved' Reptilian Brain!

Now {as we learned} MOST of the known 'multi verse' of class 1 civilizations {in population terms} are humans.
This is because there is generally many more humans than other so called 'naturally evolved' species.
You will learn why this is but humans and various 'human' hybrids have much higher breeding rates than various other 'naturally evolved' species.
So what this all means is :
Humans are very well studied !

Lower human brains are studied by many MANY species !
Many of these humans are displayed in the Film 'Idiocracy' and there are lots of these humans in the multi verse.
HOWEVER it is MUCH more difficult to study a LOWER evolved Reptilian brain!

And this is where 'AI' can be helpful !

They are aggressive but they will just do the same thing over and over again!

How they basically function is by monitoring humans that are 'under control' of these species 👉🐸 this is done by 'AI' analysis of behavior patterns of 'remote controlled' humans.
As stated, lots of 'humans' function on set predictable paths , when large Variations occur to these certain paths 'AI' then conducts analysis that can determine if the human is being controlled by either a 'Deep state' species 👉🐸 or an 'Alien hybrid' 👻💩.
Most misinformation about 'Flock' systems is puppet theatre by species controlling humans, I.e they will make a human do one thing then get a human to respond, if they can utilize an authority figure then the theatre is so much better!
